Elavon is a horrible dishonest company
Elavon is a horrible dishonest company! Had devastating stressful experience with them ! They misrepresented their Talech accepts international cards. False. I had multiple international cards declines that my customers walked away without paying me unable to be put up with 2hrs going thru errors & trials. I lost thousands of $ dude to such misrepresentation. They took almost a year to finally get me another equipment to be able to accept international cards. I invested Hundreds of hrs learning their multiple devices just to find out they failed, scattered platforms for my business daily tasks. A month later they deactivated my account. Despite high volume in processing sales. I had scrambled to find alternative co that fast. It was stressful, humiliating experience with Elavon. Stay away !
