This is a great product and I’ve been using it for a number of years. It was recommended to me by the sales and support people at the Apple computer store many years ago. I’ve never had a problem with it and I had some concerns about a new program this year and their Support team namely Glenda G and Sheila were exceptional in guiding me through the puzzling problems that I was having with my computer, which was basically almost 12 years old. In essence, this is a great product and I feel very protected having it on my computers
