They fuvk you in the drive through. I tried to renew my subscription and they charged my account the $100.00 US, then sent me an email saying that plan was no longer available, then did not refund the withdrawal. I then paid for an $89.00 US subscription to get the "protection" back online. They still did not refund the prior subscription. Stay TF away from these scammers.

One friend working in security told me it one of the best. The support and continued advances they have kept up on still keep them earning my trust and money.
Been with Malwares over 10 years, works flawlessly, if it finds a bad or iffy website it alerts you. you then go yess or no, your own choice, I pick Malwares choice, never had a Computer crash since Malwares was installed. Other sites didn't protect me nearly as well or at all. Thanks Malware
I pay for 8 stations but while the renewal links are capable of charging my credit card, I can't update MWB of any of my computers. I get sent to a renewal page that just fails.

Malwarebytes has successfully protected my computer from multiple viruses/malware and prevented them from causing any harm. But recently, after experiencing several BSOD computer crashes I contacted Malwarebytes Support. They have patiently worked with me and persistently developed plans and tests to determine the cause of these problem(s). They found one thing we corrected but the issue has not disappeared yet so we are still working on it. I give them an A for the amount of effort they have put into this.
The support site service is very poor. They deliberately make it difficult, nearly impossible, to reach them. I'll cancel as soon as my subscription expires. Pity, it's a good product totally undermined by terrible customer service. Fact is many products are good quality but backup service is thebit that makes ALL the difference.

Let me start by saying my brother ran The Village Geek, a computer fix-it shop in Zionsville, Indiana for many years. When I asked him about a protection program, he strongly suggested Malwarebytes. He has long retired but his advice is still sound. Each month, Malwarebytes sends me a letter of the current problems to beware. Malwarebytes is the only watchdog I use and the only one I need for, lo, these many years!
I tried to cancel, it is almost impossible to do. the hoops that need to be jumped through make it impossible (for me) to quit.

Several months ago, I went on the NextDoor social media post to complain about not finding a satisfactory antivirus protection company. Someone suggested Malwarebytes and I signed up and I've been very pleased with their services. Technical support is right on the ball with replying promptly by either chat or email.
