I really like Malwarebytes..

I really like Malwarebytes... not overly complex to use, easy to understand, and seems to provide comprehensive coverage. Of the various tools I have, it's my favorite.

License Transfer

I was in the process of transferring my subscription from Windows 10 to Windows 11. As usual with Microsoft, links and directions do not always follow the directions given. The Tech I interfaced with at MalwareBytes was very patient, helpful and provided the necessary help to move my subscription to the new machine. I have used MalwareBytes for over 15 years and have never had an issue with viruses or malware. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a malware / antivirus product.

After reaching out to the support-team a second time, because my ticket was still open and not answered after 2 days, I was immediately connected to very friendly and supportive help-desk member and my problem was understood and very quickly resolved. I have been a loyal member since I discovered Malwarebytes . I had picked up an infection on my computer from a trusted source and no mater what I downloaded I could not get rid of it and I was left with a final dilemma...A FULL reformat of my PC Build. But I discovered a free download of Malwarebytes and it found the program and deleted. Saved by Malwarebytes! Malwarebytes managed to rid my pc of something all the other Virus/Malware applications could not detect. I didn't even wait for the trial to run out I became a member straight away right there on the spot. since that day I have had NOTHING infecting my pc again. Buy it now you are going to need it!!

Browser Guard is a Winner

Malwarebytes offered their Browser Guard extension to warn me about risky links real-time. This has stopped me from several curiosity clicks that would have exposed me to spam bait. And this feature is included at no cost!

Malwarebytes has protected my PC for decades and I’ve never been hacked! The very best protection one can get at an extremely reasonable cost thus offering brilliant value. Am always informed by email if there are any dangers and what to do to mitigate.

Good protect, poor renewal process and cost

A headache to upgrade my level of service.

I've been with Malwarebytes for a long time. When the Premium level became available, I jumped on it. When the company introduced the Ultimate program, I jumped on it quickly because of the additional benefits it offered. But the process to move up to the Ultimate level has been frustrating. I paid the upgrade fee immediately but I've yet to get the benefit of my upgrade. The support staff I've talked to don't have the authority to make the changes that I've paid for ...which they have evidence of and acknowledge. Instead, I have to wade through a myriad of maneuvers on line that can be confusing, and so far unproductive.
