I've had a great experience with Malwarebytes. It's easy to use, runs smoothly, and has given me confidence that my PC is well protected. The scans are fast, the interface is clean, and it does a great job detecting and removing threats without getting in the way of everyday use. Overall, it's a reliable security solution that I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for dependable antivirus and malware protection.

The time and care the support person took with me in solving my problem. Malwarebytes was recommended to me several years ago and I have felt confident and in good hands since then. I decided to purchase another product besides the standard monitoring software, which is basic identity theft protection at a reasonable price, which includes from time to time a report of the risk levels of my data information. I feel I now can keep on top of controlling my information out there on the web.

Malwarebytes is a great program, it works to protect my PC from viruses and malware. It and Windows Defender are the only things I use for protection and it works.

Malwarebytes has eliminated a substantial amount of risks during my browsing experience and has out performed Norton several times. While Norton has excelled in other areas by combining the 2, I have been able to dodge most risks in daily use

16 Year+ Malwarebytes user

Prior to being a Malwarebytes user, I was constantly being infected while using many known other brands of virus protection. Then one day I came across Malwarebytes, and since switching I've been infectious free, 16 years and counting. I still do my downloads, but those dodgy ad sites are no match for Malwarebytes. Best move I ever made, stay clear of those less reputable brands, trust me!

I am very pleased with Malwarebytes

I am very pleased with Malwarebytes. It is doing everything I need to protect me. Norton is good but VERY intrusive! Apparently, Norton gets downloaded unknowingly and that is NOT a good thing. Malwarebytes does NOT do that. I chose Malwarebytes over others EVERY time.

I never trusted VPNs and virus…

I never trusted VPNs and virus protection software because they were useless in the past if you knew how to navigate the web properly. That has changed. The best feature is the feature to remove your identity from the dark web. It is working wonder and I don't receive any spam calls.

Malware Bytes Ultimate--a huge disappointment

I purchased Malware Bytes Ultimate expecting the Premium features included with my subscription, but I could not activate it because the required software update kept failing. I spent two days following the company’s instructions & trying to fix the issue in what became an extremely frustrating experience. I had a hard time getting effective technical support and never got the product working. The biggest disappointment was customer support. The fact that the company does not provide direct phone support made it virtually impossible to resolve the issue. After two full days of trying multiple times I requested a refund. Based on my experience Malware Bytes needs to improve both its software update process and its customer support.

I found Malwarebytes when I picked up a Trojan

I found Malwarebytes when I picked up a Trojan when I was using Norton's Antivirus several years ago and Norton's could only isolate it and not remove it. I then tried Malwarebytes free and the trojan was quickly removed. I have since subscribed to Malwarebytes and have been with them and have since started using their VPN, browser guard, and various other services to protect my equipment and my personal ID. They have also searched and removed my personal ID from the various websites that have collected my personal information and continues searching the internet and the dark web to remove it. The program is really easy to install, to run and to use. It is the best I have used and I highly recommend it as in my opinion it is the product out there and gives an excellent bang for your buck.

As a satisfied subscriber for many years, I have had Malwarebytes on my PC's and cellphones. They have alerted me to some threats and offered improved services over time. Even a service tracking my information exposure throughout the web. Their email newsletter is insightful, and I plan to remain a subscriber on all of my family's electronics.

An Excellent Product and Service

I’ve been with Malwarebytes for about 10 years now and never had an issue until a few weeks ago when I was suspicious of the messages and ratings I was receiving for my Laptop - 100% for my iPhone but only about 78% fir the Laptop - So I queried this with CustomerService and it was discovered that the Laptop wasn’t even connected but the phone which was a recent addition was - although I continued to receive messages and ratings from both - It took a few days to resolve this finishing up with the Technical people - but all in all I dealt with 4 or 5 people - who covered for each other while trying to track down the fault solve the issue - and the attention and response was excellent and I have nothing but praise for them and the attention received - It remained unclear why the situation arose - whether it was a fault of mine or the system and that is the reason for the 4 rating and not 5 and the fact that the issue was not automatically detected- But basically happy all round.
