It is a good protection to have and it blocks dark web anttacks and protects my computer. It notifies me immediately on my screen immediately any site I am visiting if it unsafe and asks me if I want to allow or decline that particular site connection. Its VPN is also good to have available at all times included in the service.
Since I have an older desktop computer I no longer have product support. So having Malwarebytes is a real plus and gives me peace of mind knowing my computer is protected
I had a problem with my app's VPN not connecting to the internet. I chatted with April and she gave me directions to alleviate the problem then followed up with emails to make sure the problem was fixed. It is working properly now.

Agent Mao was a breath of spring. Patient, engaged, responsive and thorough. My issue was eliminating a dangling feature that had been recorded as a device, query as to pricing should I remove the VPN which typically I have to turn off to access both outlook and sites. Mao provided answers, details and step by step guide should I opt to move from ver 4 to 5. Excellent experience.

Have had Malwarebytes for a number of years now and to now have no complaints with the way it deals with hazardous connections etc. Just a little difficult to get assistance from time to time, otherwise very happy.
Malware offers multi devices for coverage in their plan, which is great for both business & personal computers. There is a daily pop-up window that either states everything looks good or there is something that needs to be addressed. They offer tips & tricks regularly for added protection. Being a customer for over 8yrs, Malware is a protection plan that I will and have recommended.
I wouldn't trust anyone other than Malwarebytes. Absolutely fantastic. So many times they've "saved" me! Which is why I can't remember the dates I've been rescued. All this spam/scam stuff is horrific and getting worse by the day. Thank you for "being there" Malwarebytes.

all i get are popups to buy more. they just took off my youtube adblock and thier breadcrumbs to toggle it back on do not work. i am sick of opening sites and this scamming program popups, " this page has been hacked, lets run something that we will demand money for but shhh, just spend 10 minutes first, then pull out your wallet kind of scams.
Need to have guidance use Email Suggustions Trust my service with Malwarebytes.. However, I do not understand the many emails I receive. 1. Some emails are advertisement to buy service. I have an account on my PC . Need to know the difference. 2. I have tried to follow one suggested fix and My Google NEST got completely shout down. Took me long time and help to get it back. It is excellent, and I would not be without it. Security is first class and site is really easy to get around. It is also quick. No complications at all. I have had Malwarebytes for a few years now and see no reason to change.
