Several months ago, Malwarebytes changed the Browser Guard and I have never liked the new interface. Now, when the Browser Guard blocks items, it is not as easy to review and "allow" some blocked items as it was before the change. Why do some companies, like Malwarebytes, insist on changing webpages which were working beautifully and did not need changing?

I'm tired of being "upsold" every day, by being told that my security "can be improved!" by adding more components to my protection and spending more money. There are a lot of companies out there that offer the same protection that you do, such as the (unnamed) system I am concurrently running with your software. I never get emails from them telling me that my protection needs upgrading to more sophisticated and more expensive programs. I signed up for my wife to have the protection (protect up to three devices!) per your offer, and it was a nightmare. I had to spend almost an hour with your (very competent) customer service agent, who eventually solved our problem. In the time preceeding that, my wife was told NUMEROUS times that her "free trial period" had ended, and recommended that she purchase the product. This was both annoying from a marketing perspective, and aggravating in that we followed your instructions to get her signed up properly in the first place. Your system was unable to deal with that however, and we had to contact your customer service department to get it corrected. So I'm reasonably satisfied with your product I guess, no more or less than any other company's, but I'm unimpressed with the quality of your system in terms of delivering everything it offers.

Have been using their products for a number of years - on several computers - never had a problem. The software is very proactive in terms of informing me what is transpiring. In the few instances where I had questions it was very easy to get answers.

I love Malwarebytes. They protect me 24/7 from bad guys. It screens text and phone cals for spam and bad guys. I got the full boat. They update constantly as bad guys change. Had minor issue they got right on it. And did extra cause i didnt realize parts of it. Love it.

I have used Malware Bytes for years and would not use anything else as it has always been reasonably priced. I know my PC is secure when I have this installed and it is so easy to use the interface is brilliant to navigate and you have many options to tailor the program to your needs. I never leave auto renew enabled on any of my security software as 2 others I have always hike up the price even though I have been a loyal customer for years so with the other 2 I barter to get a sensible deal.. This has never happened with Malware Bytes as their pricing has always been very reasonable and I have never needed to barter with them. 5 Stars well deserved.

Seems great protection and no pushy advertising telling you that you can get better protection, I had AVG for years but they just become annoying and cancelling is a nightmare. So Malwarebytes for me and as many others I can tell

Malwarebytes is one of the best apps for protection in keeping my browsing safe. I also have the extension on my search bar that blocks unsafe websites immediately with warnings and a list of blocked items. I am able to do scans anytime without interrupting current work items.
