I was attached by the bad guys. There were alarms going off and scareware announcing my computer was locked. I chatted with cybersecurity and it verified the number on the web page was a scam and walked me through the remediation. Windows Defender kept coming back with no threats detected as the process developed. After the remediation was finished the chat directed me to Malwarebytes and I found one threat detected, one threat quarantined. Malwarebytes quarantined the threat and Windows Defender never saw it! How cool is that!!!

I tried to upgrade my Malwarebytes licence to cover several devices. I contacted Malwarebytes and it took me over a week to come to the conclusion that Malwarebytes is a waste of time. They promised to call me twice and failed to do so, when I contacted them they said it was my fault as I had block on my landline and mobile phone, which I have none of the above. Malwarebytes customer service team could not give a monkeys about helping there customers. I am now in the process of moving to a company that cares about its customers. I would never recommend Mawarebytes to anyone , not even my worst enemy.

Malwarebytes is the best antimalware and antivirus; I have had a premium subscription for over 10 years and my laptop and mobile device have always been protected.
Some friends had virus problems and I installed Malwarebytes on their computers and MB solved the problem.

It is infinitely better to be safe than sorry. My only reservation is regarding certain sites which are blocked and I find it hard to determine if it is you or my anti-virus the reason I cannot access them. I want to use Archive, in all its suffixes, but have found it hard to see how to being able to navigate to them without a glitch. But I am happý overall with your protection.

I have been using Malwarebytes for years and continue to add their products as they come out for our protection. I have an older parent with dementia and I signed her up on my account and she is finally scam free. They were taking over her computer and scaring the crap out of her..really awful stuff. Malwarebytes has gotten rid of all of that nonsense and we feel safe using the internet.

We have used Malwarebytes Premium for years. It has caught so many threats and kept us safe. It works behind the scene and is very easy to use. What more can you ask for. When the app came out for the add-on for Chrome browser we installed that too. You just never know when a threat will pop up. Malwarebytes caught them all. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent product but their Customer Service could use an upgrade. I also find their site confusing at times especially when I am offered an upgrade or an improvement in service because I have two licenses and have ended up getting a third when I was asking to have what I already had upgraded.

This is a great product and I’ve been using it for a number of years. It was recommended to me by the sales and support people at the Apple computer store many years ago. I’ve never had a problem with it and I had some concerns about a new program this year and their Support team namely Glenda G and Sheila were exceptional in guiding me through the puzzling problems that I was having with my computer, which was basically almost 12 years old.
In essence, this is a great product and I feel very protected having it on my computers

I've had Malwarebytes for many years and feel totally protected on line. I have followed their suggestions and avoided dangerous links. I've also learn a lot from their periodic emails explaining current issues and threats to avoid. In addition, they provide a service that removes all my identifying information from sites that I was not even aware of.

Can't access customer service…
Malwarebytes haas no way to access customer service. The only reason I was able to set up an account was that a neighbor who works in IT guided me through the setup process. I went through almost a year without service that I had paid for because I couldn't do the setup. get some customer service people! Directing me to articles written in techie jargon was not customer service.
