I'm tired of being "upsold" every day
I'm tired of being "upsold" every day, by being told that my security "can be improved!" by adding more components to my protection and spending more money. There are a lot of companies out there that offer the same protection that you do, such as the (unnamed) system I am concurrently running with your software. I never get emails from them telling me that my protection needs upgrading to more sophisticated and more expensive programs. I signed up for my wife to have the protection (protect up to three devices!) per your offer, and it was a nightmare. I had to spend almost an hour with your (very competent) customer service agent, who eventually solved our problem. In the time preceeding that, my wife was told NUMEROUS times that her "free trial period" had ended, and recommended that she purchase the product. This was both annoying from a marketing perspective, and aggravating in that we followed your instructions to get her signed up properly in the first place. Your system was unable to deal with that however, and we had to contact your customer service department to get it corrected. So I'm reasonably satisfied with your product I guess, no more or less than any other company's, but I'm unimpressed with the quality of your system in terms of delivering everything it offers.
