I’ve been with malware bytes for more than ten years and find it has kept me safe with every thing I do on line and I have seen sense in upgrading to stronger protection with the premium package as well, I will stay with them for the foreseeable future

Great package and very good support
I used to use Malwarebytes years ago in business for adhoc disinfecting of affected computers. Now after many years I resumed using Malwarebytes on my personal devices. User friendly GUI, effective protection with loads of options for excluding familiar websites. Useful VPN. Support is very friendly and quick to respond.

The Reason I am still a loyal customer.
The things about Malwarebytes that made my experience notable were working with Zachary, the service technician. He had patience with me when I did not understand his written instructions. My ticket could have been closed earlier had I paid closer attention to the guidance that was provided. My hat goes off to the Malwarebytes firm for their constant attention to detail and willingness to assist their customers. Getting good value for my investment!
So far, as far as I know, I haven't been infected by malware so, from my perspective, I am receiving a good value for my investment in the Malware Ultimate subscription. I believe their AI chat system could use a little fine tuning, but ultimately, when you need support they come through!!
Malwarebytes makes it easy
Malwarebytes makes it easy to keep all my devices protected. I get updates on what has been blocked. The news letter that comes out let's you know what is happening in the world and what is going on in my part of the world. Malwarebytes is also coming up with new ways to protect my devices (AI). They are on top what is happening, they are ahead of the bad players, which makes me feel safe. You can't go wrong with my always on VPN. Websites that don't like the VPN don't get my business. I never go anywhere without Malwarebytes.

Really nice program. It has alerted me a number of times I go to a web site. It tells me of the reason and does allow me to go if I want. It works !!
Best experts at phishing scams
The customer support even though has an AI model, it also lets to talk to real people who genuinely know what they are doing. Jonathan from the department helped me with a case of scammers and gave me a reply that was more professional than most of other malware and scam divisions like avast and eset.

I trust Malwarebytes and use it on my laptop and my phone. I appreciate the articles, live-stream series, and videos about fraud and how to protect yourself. My computer guys recommend only this product for my computer protection.

Once you click the chat box and type out your issue, you are invited to either continue with chat box thing or request email assistance. Email every time, for sure. Having Malwarebytes on my system makes me feel a lot more confident than I would normally be about online safety. It does regular checks of the laptop to make sure everything is OK and I've not managed to download anything that shouldn't be there!!!! it issues a warning when suspiscious email addresses try to infiltrate my system too

Malwarebytes is the best anti-virus protection out there
I've had Malwarebytes for 7 years and it has been great. I don't worry as much about getting hacked since I started my subscription. Malwarebytes is always scanning, and provides regular reports. They also offer other services that keep my electronics safe and secure.

Malwarebytes is protecting my system well...however..
I feel that my antiquated computer system is protected by Malwarebytes. Their customer service is very good. However, it is hard to navigate through the system to get the answers I need. I think I need to get on the customer service phone line to make sure all my devices are protected.
