I have brought several times from Novelship on the last purchase I noticed on the sneaker some marks, so I did a little reach and it turned out I brought a fake SB highs, after contacting them I received a email saying we do our best and at providing quality sneakers and also defects shoes, they have admitted my sneakers are not 100% correct but they have offered nothing back, so I brought over priced resell sneakers and they simply don’t care or tell you that before you buy them. This may not always be the case. But if I can tell if the sneaker is a fake or has a defect, how come people working for them can’t when they get pay to look at this?
