Shame on you, Selectblinds.com! Purchased blinds for two windows in a new home. Went with the no drill, click it type to avoid nails and hardware in new woodwork. Received them today with very little instructions and could not get mounted. Called company who could not provide any more assistance. Non-English speaking agent was zero help. No agent on board. No YouTube video. No nothing. To boot, I was informed that I would need to mount a piece into the woodwork in order to get the cord to work. That was even if I could successfully install. Thanks for nothing, I'll be sure to shop elsewhere for window treatments.
