Max was awesome to work with over the phone and offered awesome customer service! When I called in about a reissue for my cert, he knew exactly what to do and made sure everything I needed was taken care of over the phone. Max was also kind and willing to help when I explained I am not that tech savvy in making sure things like this are completed correctly. Thank you, Max!
