Ryan Ash quickly renewed two of my certificates. It only took a phone call and a couple of minutes. SSLGURU has saved me time and money, more than once. I highly recommend their services.

I got a call today from James talking about my SSL expiring tomorrow, which I did not know was about to happen. He explained to me how it works, gave me a good deal on a renewal and did all the work for me.
I dont normally do reviews for service providers, but i made an exception for Sslguru because THEY EARNED IT. They were absolutely the best to work with! They were quick to respond to emails, and my phone call to support resulted in a LIVE PERSON who was knowledgeable and able to get a solution implemented with me in real time. I will absolutely use them again in the future, and I strongly recommend them if you run a small business and need a pro in your corner. Shout out to @Ryan Ash from Sslguru for being awesome.
A big thank you to James and Max for helping us out with a long-term SSL for our site. It took about 5 minutes for James to get the SSL up and Max about 3 minutes of walking me through setting it up in the domain server via screenshare. Total time from receiving the notification about the expired SSL to the website getting it's HTTPS back? About 30 min.
SSL Guru made getting our Verified Mark Certificate completely painless. They walked us through the BIMI setup and trademark requirements step by step, and our brand logo is now showing up right next to every email we send. Fast, knowledgeable, and they actually know VMCs inside and out. Highly recommend.
SSL guru is not to be trusted. I don't usually write bad reviews unless they are really bad. I had a one year ssl through them. After one year I went with another company. about a month later without my permission and without checking to see if I already had an active ssl, they billed my card for 199.00. After finding this out a short time, I filed a fraud complaint with my bank. They lied to my bank and said they had my permission to charge my card. So the bank let it go through. I then called then asking for a manager demanding my money back and they refused. I was really pissed off! I knew then they were bad actors and I had been played. I had told them AGAIN on that phone call to take me off of there list. I then changed my card with my bank because of them. Then a year later rolls around and I get an email saying they are trying to charge my card AGAIN! it was unsuccessful. I did nothing at that point. Then a week or two later, they have the nerve to call me asking for payment. I then yelled at the guy , telling him the back story and to STOP trying to steal my money and take me off of there list. They guy just hung up the phone. Now a couple weeks later, I get another email from them trying to charge my card. Unbelievable!
Had a representative call and tell me my site had expired. He said for 199.00 for three years , he could have it up and running in 30 minutes. I waited for a few hours called back. Then another representative told me they could get into my site to renew… he said he would have to go in through the back door so it would take a little while longer. Waited a few days my site was still not up. Called back with no answer. I had to get someone else to upload certificate and pay them to do it ( at which within 10 minutes it was up.). I cancelled the charge…. Didn’t hear anything from them until the 9th of October telling me I had until the 10th to ask for refund. I was on vacation, and didn’t get a chance within that 12 hour period.
These people offer services they do not provide. And to anyone that is inexperienced with internet site workings ( they definitely take advantage of them). I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. They are not helpful or honest.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
In order to install an SSL certificate, administrative login access to the hosting server is required. At the time of your order, those credentials were not available, which prevented our team from completing the installation. Our representative explained that as soon as the access was provided, we could complete the SSL setup right away — the process itself takes only a few minutes once the login details are in place.
It sounds like another provider later installed the certificate after obtaining that access, which confirms that the delay wasn’t due to neglect, but simply the missing credentials needed to perform the installation securely.
SSLGuru renewed and installed my SSL in 20 minutes (my site had been down for 10 days). Looking into their IonBlade hosting services because Alex has provided rapid response and seems to know more than the guys I’m currently using.
Thanks Alex!
These guys know their stuff and really nice to have a company like SSLGURU on your side. I’ve mainly worked with James but everyone on their team has been extremely helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.
Eddie saved me from a total meltdown! My site was down with an SSL error, and I had no clue what to do. He fixed everything in under an hour, got us back online, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. It was completely stress-free. Eddie is my go-to guy now!
The whole SSLGURU team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions. Websites and computers aren’t my forte so glad to have these gurus on my side. Thanks!
Everyone at Ionblade has been absolutely incredible. The support team is truly in a league of their own. Every interaction is met with fast, professional, and genuinely helpful responses—always within 24 hours, often much sooner.
What really sets them apart is their commitment to educating, not just solving. Whether it’s a technical issue or a question about best practices, they take the time to explain the why, not just the what—which makes all the difference.
They’ve also had my back during urgent, off-hours situations. Being able to speak with someone by phone when it counts most is beyond reassuring. The team is reliable, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in their customers’ success.
Truly five-star service all the way. Thanks again, James, Ryan, and Max—all of you guys are rockstars!
These guys are the real deal when it comes to websites. I’m glad I used them otherwise I would’ve never beenn introduced to Ionblade for hosting. Great company
I was called to renew my SSL cert. I did not remember SSL Guru, only that my host said I never needed SSL Guru and that they overcharge. I advised the SSL Guru rep to send me an email and I would get back to them.
In my research I discovered I did not need SSL Guru as I was already covered. I advised SSL Guru via email of this. No response from them other than to continue to attempt to charge a bad card repeatedly.
After working with them for my SSL certificate I know I can trust them. They made everything so smooth in getting my site back up and running normally and communicated with me every step of the way. Get SsL Guru!
Just started using SSLGURU's services this morning. Got a call from Michael saying that my site's certificate was expiring. We crunched some numbers and turns out I'll be saving money with them compared to that other/popular hosting site. It's music to my ears and my business account. Thanks again really appreciate it
