Charging for an un needed cert
I was called to renew my SSL cert. I did not remember SSL Guru, only that my host said I never needed SSL Guru and that they overcharge. I advised the SSL Guru rep to send me an email and I would get back to them. In my research I discovered I did not need SSL Guru as I was already covered. I advised SSL Guru via email of this. No response from them other than to continue to attempt to charge a bad card repeatedly.
