A shoutout of appreciation to Ben from SSLGURU. He called me Friday morning to let me know my site’s SSL had just expired. I gave him the okay to renew it. My sales mostly happen on the weekend so I’m very thankful for the timing of the call!
So my business site was about to go down when James called me. He got my money maker back up and running right away. On top of helping me out with keeping my site up, I saved some good money, their price was more than reasonable and significantly cheaper than GoDaddy. James was really professional and patient with my questions and assured me I can call him anytime I have any questions or concerns. Thanks dude I really appreciate your service!
On December 29, 2024 I was contacted by Michael saying that our SSL Certificate was expired and needed immediate attention. I was given the impression that this call was from my service provider, Godaddy. About half way through I paused and specifically asked, "Are you Godaddy?" and Michael answered that his company did the SSL certificates for Godaddy. When I then contacted Godaddy I was informed that SSLguru is not associated with them in any way and my SSL certificate wasn't even expired! The certificate only needed to be inputted again! I called SSLguru to file for a refund but I have not heard anything back. I talked to Michael again and he said he never misrepresented himself but when I told him I specifically asked "are you Godaddy" he said I never asked that. Of course I did. When I searched online I found numerous complaints about SSL Guru stating the same tactics, some of them going back four years. And objective reader would come to the conclusion that this tactic was intentional. It was not a misunderstanding because the answer to my question should have been a firm "no, we are not associated with Godaddy."
Really, really outstanding services done by this team. I didn't have to do anything except let the guys take care of the ssl installation for me. They were super fast
Be careful of this company. After they attempt to scam you, they will try to bill you 6 months later as they save your card on file. Stay on top of your recurring charges.
We have worked with SSL Guru on multiple websites for the past few years. Their support is always quick, and friendly, and we maintain our SSL certificates.
Max was very professional, courteous and quick to help me - let me know he would take care of it and even emailed me back when it was completed - all in all perfect customer service --
Max was very helpful and was able to get it done in less than 20 minutes. Very pleased with their work
5 star service and 5 star support! Not only was the SSLGURU team quick to renew my SSL, but they even did the installation for free on my AWS server. I was unable to get ahold of my developer and I would have been lost without them Thanks!
Running a small business is hard enough trying to wear so many hats and I'm happy to have these Gurus on my side now! When my SSL expired, James was quick to help walk me through fixing my site and it was half the price of renewing then my current host. THANKS GURUS!
I have to share how much I appreciate you guys for saving me a bunch of money. I received a call earlier today from James telling me that my certificate is near expiration. I was a bit skeptical at first, but he assured me that I was in good hands. He got me to move over from GoDaddy which I now know is the best thing I could do for my business.
Max took the time to work with me and my ISP to navigate some technical issues which were "above my pay grade." My problem is solved, my certificates are issued and all is well. It's unusual in these times to deal with a tech company with a "human" on the other end - and a helpful, courteous one is a special bonus!
Just switched over from GoDaddy to SSLGURU, best move ever!!! A buddy of mine gave James my contact info, and he called me right away...highlight of the day! Dude is fast and straightforward, very professional, got me up and running immediately. Saving a bunch of cash now too, absolutely love it! Thank you guys so much :)
I didn't even know my SSL had expired until James called. Had it back up and running in less than 30 minutes and guided me through all the renewal steps. Highly recommend these gurus!
My SSL certificate recently expired and I got a call from Alex with SSLGuru. He renewed and installed the SSL very quickly. Collaborating with Alex was a pleasure! The process was seamless, and their support team was extremely responsive, addressing all my inquiries promptly. I highly recommend SSLGuru for their excellent service and reliability.
I recently purchased an SSL certificate from SSLGuru, and the experience was exceptional. Working with Alex was great! The process was straightforward, and their support team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly. I highly recommend SSLGuru for their top-notch service and reliability.
Max was awesome to work with over the phone and offered awesome customer service! When I called in about a reissue for my cert, he knew exactly what to do and made sure everything I needed was taken care of over the phone. Max was also kind and willing to help when I explained I am not that tech savvy in making sure things like this are completed correctly. Thank you, Max!
This is a scam service geared to people who don't understand that they can get an SSL free with their hosting company. An employee signed up for their service and then they automatically renew without permission and there is no way to cancel on their website. I opened up a ticket on their website but haven't heard anything yet. Luckily my card was expired and never charged.
