Good option if you can wait
Phone arrived 1 day outside the estimated delivery range. Delivery to Spain. The order itself didn't change status in the website for about 9 days, so I wrote Customer Support to ask if they were expecting a delay with my order. CS replied in less than 12 hours letting me know the package was ready and the shipping confirmation email with tracking number would arrive shortly. As they promised, the shipping confirmation arrived a few hours later, although the tracking information sat for several days on "shipping label printed but parcel has not been handed over to the courier yet". In the end the package arrived in perfect condition, although the phone came with a charger for the wrong region. Long story short, good prices and good support, but be ready to wait. Consider asking which type of charging plug your device will come with.
