Return and refund difficulties
I ordered 2 dresses for an event, they arrived delayed and the lack of confirmation or tracking information was lacking. When they did arrive both beautiful dresses are gorgeous. One was not true to size so I arranged to return and requested a refund. This proved difficult they push to get you to take a credit instead of refund. After an arduous back and forth I recieved the information needed to return which you have to jump through hoops to prove (anything to get out of offering the refund) my return arrived back with them 10 days after I had not recieved the refund so I sent 4 chasing emails with no response. Finally I have an email to state my refund is being processed but only £90 instead of the original £107 I paid for the dress, so I lost £17 on dress and £9 I paid for postage for return. The dress i kept I love but I will not purchase from here again
