Still waiting for order
I ordered a duvet set for my daughter as a gift, almost a month ago. I paid €121 for the item including delivery. I checked the tracking number and it is in the parcel centre for 3 weeks and hasn't moved. Customer service keep saying they are looking into it, but nothing is happening. I definitely won't use or recommend this company ever. They respond to each email but it is the same generic waffle each time. I am out of money and my daughter hasn't received her gift. Very very poor customer service
