I needed to rent a space for my son in Louisville and I'm out of state. Danielle at Life Storage at 201 E Market Street in Louisville was amazing. She helped me through the paperwork over the phone and even called back to let me know that I was successful. Kudos to Danielle and thank you for your incredible customer service.
