I RECCOMEND YOU DON'T USE AGODA. polite on the phone but wont actually do what they are supposed to do! I need a refund as the hotel I booked had a fire and closed .. you would think it would be simple but they still wont refund me. Now I have the hassle of contacting my bank to recover the money.
