return policy pretty much impossible
I ordered a dress based on their size chart. The bust is way too big, and I would like to return it. I contacted the company and they offered to send a smaller size. I do not want that, as the fit is just not right for my shape (I am a normal, fit woman). I asked for a return and was given what looks like a personal address in China. No where on its website does it say their warehouse is in China; in fact, the package was shipped to me from Vernon, CA! They are also asking me to pay return international shipping, plus "taxes, customs, clearance fees and other related charges." This is not even possible to do from the US, only shipping to the destination country. I have emailed them several times and am awaiting a response to my latest email. We shall see.
