Predatory Loans with 174% Interest Rate! That means, if you borrow 1000, your paying back 2700. $1700 Profit for being in the situation you are. Less than perfect credit. I'd rather just borrow from a loan shark, and worry about getting killed if I don't pay it back in a month, as opposed to paying that much extra on top of the loan. I WILL NEVER USE RISE Credit EVER.....
