Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. I ordered a dress on 31of January and it still hasn’t been delivered. Instead I have had 21(twenty one) replies from the customer service. Completely unhelpful suggestions such as going to a post office and look for it, getting in touch with the ‘Logistics company’ etc. I have ask to cancel and refund my order immediately and this time - no reply! Do not order with this company as they can’t organise their delivery - or customer service.
