would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from British Home Direct. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, with the wrong-coloured acoustic wall panels being delivered and the whole process of trying to resolve the issue becoming far more difficult than it should have been. I have had to spend unnecessary time chasing this matter, arranging returns and trying to obtain a refund of £104.99 that I am owed. As a customer, I expect to receive the correct products and, if a mistake is made, for the company to take responsibility and resolve it promptly. The lack of a straightforward resolution has left me extremely disappointed.
