Wrong item was sent but seller refused to accept the mistake despite there being clear evidence. Customer service asked for proof,proof was sent but they kept asking for the same thing over and again and the page to provide proof was in Chinese! Such a shame as the product was actually really good. DHgate make all the right noises about sorting out any disputes but actually do nothing even when contacted directly.
