My family and I have made the holiday cooking classes at Sur La Table a cherished tradition for the past four years. This year, we hit a major roadblock when two-thirds of our household came down with the flu just before our scheduled class. Initially, I was very concerned because the 48-hour cancellation policy was being applied quite rigidly, despite our medical emergency and our desire to keep the kitchen environment safe for others. However, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the incredible service provided by Brenton. After I reached out to discuss the situation, Brenton stepped in with a level of empathy and professional flexibility that is rare to find. He understood that we weren't looking for a refund, but simply a way to preserve our family tradition and our investment. Brenton went above and beyond to resolve the matter equitably, ensuring that we felt valued as long-standing customers.
