Just a follow up from my initial feedback. Anne from sixthreezero helped me with a replace bike due to a bent frame. Possibly from shipping. I bought two bikes to replace our mountain bike and gravel bikes. Our first trip (today) is in Durango and the bikes are fantastic. Best buy in a long time. A huge shoutout to Anne!
