I will never purchase from this company…
I will never purchase from this company again!!! Bought two wigs paid 500$ and it took forever to get here. When I opened the boxes I was highly disappointed to discover that the hair was not high quality both have very short pieces mixed in with the hair like it was folded over when sewn. They were both frizzy and huge on my head was supposedly 22 inches in circumference, 13x4 , they go over my ears and have big gaps at the back and bulky above the ears and both sides are very irritating with the wefts rubbing and poking. I do not have a small head so I don’t know. I emailed them and they wrote back asking if I washed them and told me to please cut the unit and to also sew in the strap to better fit my head after I asked for a return address they kept avoiding telling me until I threatened to give a bad review, they were trying to trick me into altering it before I sent it back and lost more money. They shed horribly and are not plucked at all, the knots are not bleached . I’m currently looking for someone who can help me fix these To at least fit my head… upon looking at the reviews it’s not even worth sending back since apparently they ripped off several others. I will never give them my money ever again. buyer beware.
