I received a coupon that did not work
I received a coupon that did not work, but Joann was very helpful and kind. She gave exemplary customer service! I love TWC products because of the doctors who develop them. There are some issues with ordering on occasion, but customer service reps like Joann usually take the time to fix the issue. I will continue ordering from TWC. I also love their contagion kit and will be reordering one soon.
