Took more then a week to get the pillow. The pillow isn't as i expected. I already have two pillows from Tempur but the filling isn't the same, it's apparently a new tech... Other thing : it's not easy to find out how to return the pillow to get a full refund. It's advertised on the website that it's possible but no mention in the confirmation mail on how to proceed
