The overall UX was good as compared to some of other webpages I have seen. The flow of the booking was quite smooth. But there was too many add-ons to try to charge your customers. In the past customers do not face issues like over booking and we have to pay extra to secure our tickets.
This class is a perspective and mindset changing course. It is no doubt heavy because of the time being so short but the insights shared and the knowledge is no doubt priceless. The money spent is definitely worth it. Julian has been very candid in sharing his experience and mistakes. A great coach he is and his team has been very helpful and fast to respond. Thank you.
