What Were They Thinking!
The hat arrived in a small box requiring the brim to be folded. The brim was out of shape and ripped. They would provide a complete refund if o shipped back to China. That would cost more than what I paid for the hat! They did provide a $10 credit which I can use to get it re-shaped. Obviously the people in China don’t understand that Cowboy hats sent in a box should not be folded!
