Ghosted after shipping failed.
EDIT: The helm finally arrived. No answer from Joetoys still. Quality is fine but customer service is still non existent. Ghosted after shipping failed. I ordered in Febuary. Customer support was responsive up to the 180days paypal policy to claim back my money. The helmet was finally shipped in September but got stuck somewhere in China. You get almost no useful information from the tracking number and the customer support just ghosted me. The last status on shipping is "return current investment" - since a month. The bad reviwe i gave on their homepage is "waiting on approval". So this looks more and more like a scam.
