Severely damaged my furniture
Absolutely horrible service. They caused thousands of dollars worth of irreparable damage to my furniture. In the claims process, they've taken over a month to evaluate and are being incredibly stingy with the compensation. Their cataloging of items is also terrible. It's almost impossible to find anything based on the pictures they take so when you want your items back, you have to pay for them to deliver far more than what you need in hopes of finding the item you're looking for.
