Received helmet after 10 months
Received helmet after 10 months, so many delays and I kept reading reviews that people ordered after me and then received their orders before I did. Not sure what happened there but we did get the helmet. It’s very cool and worked great…until after 5 months and the speech module (voice command option) went and the sensor (on right side) works occasionally. Modules needs to be replaced and I have emailed several times, even gone through warranty that is stated on website and followed all instructions including a video of how the helmet is malfunctioning and absolutely no response from Joetoyss. The helmet has been cared for and stores in a safe place, is never mishandled or mistreated. Just want replacement parts and I am still wishing the warranty coverage period. NO RESPONSE from joetoyss. Be carful and be prepared for hiccups.
