All three parts to the process were efficient and EXcellent!
I had my carpet replaced by your company and I had a solid experience. 1. The rep who came out was professional, kind, but not too chatty. He was very competent, which was a plus. He was quick in measuring, showing me the kinds of carpets, and then signing me up for Synchronicity. The installers of the carpet were also professional, kind and moved furniture without any of my help. They assembled and reassembled when they were done and worked quickly. The whole process was so fast and prepared well. I loved the no interest for a year! This made the expensive purchase affordable in the end! Five months later, I'm almost finished paying it off; not to mention, the carpet looks great.
