Ordered my snap-maker beginning of…
Ordered my snap-maker beginning of November . Did not receive any shipment notice until I reached out to their support email. They stated my transaction was flagged potential fraud so we’re not going to send me my item. I am currently in the middle of battling with them for either my product proof of shipment or a refund of my money. Their support team isn’t that great at replying to emails or giving any answers. Will update when I see a shipment confirmation. I’m just worried they may have taken my money with no intentions of sending me anything. Update: 2021NOV15 Order has been moved to warehouse in Canada. Order marked as shipped however the order details only show the filament & accessories will update upon delivery.
