Can’t fault Bare Cases
This experience with Bare Cases happened only 1 week ago. The Bare cases are great and I can’t fault their products or customer service. I have just got done dealing with John one of the many helpful people on the customer service team. John helped me fix my mistake I made when ordering a case from this wonderful company, this transaction occurred with the second case I had ordered. The case I initially wrongly ordered was the bare naked case when I was trying to buy the bare case for a iPhone 12 Pro Max. I emailed the support team and was quickly emailed back, John switched the case on order from the bare naked case to the bare case and all I had to do was pay the difference in price. He even made sure when making the switch to double check the colours and the product. With this transaction done I can happily say that this has been one of the easiest and fastest changes that I’ve made with any company. Over all the customer service was a 10/10 and cases they offer are some of the best on the market for the price they sell them at.
