Keeps preventing me from transacting…
Keeps preventing me from transacting online and causing a lot of headaches when I wish to make online purchases. It's not just once, it has happened more than 5 times and the problem still wasn't resolved even after informing them of the issue multiple times. My recommendation is to not use this bank, find another one that is more trustworthy.
