Terrible
Terrible - ordered a rug. Dont let the website fool you - if it says it's "in stock" that's not necessarily the case - they have to check it's in their warehouse first but they'll still take money out of your account straight away. Communication is so bad, you dont get a tracking number and the automated emails provide no details whatsoever. I decided I didn't want it and was told to refuse the order to get a refund (this is after hounding them on emails and trying to call them). Took a week for the rug to arrive so I thought I might as well accept the order as I could always return it, and wanted to see what the rug looked like and realised it wasn't what I wanted. As soon as I tried to return it, they were silent - no one responding to the four emails I sent. Absolute joke that they don't respond to emails so you end up calling them and they charge 7p per minute! They're quick to take your money, but not quick to provide a refund. It will take 14 days for the rug to be returned to them and additional time for them to process the refund. I bought this on my credit card which I have to pay off in 10 days. Great.
