Explained the length of my vehicle and the 1st recovery vehicle was only just long enough. The 2nd vehicle wasn't long enough so had to wait an extra 1 1/2 hours for another. Unhelpful customer services and despite putting a complaint, which was escalated no one has bothered to contact me!! Do not use them
