3d Drucker Netzteil explodiert und raucht Bestellnummer: BA21J29W2322-U7GPI0
Hallo , Habe einen 3d Drucker bei tomtop gekauft der zuerst ein defektes Display hatte(bluescreen) und als ich meinen Drucker neu gestartet hatte gab es im Netzteil eine kleine Explosion und das Netzteil fing stark zu rauchen an also habe ich dass Netzteil sofort vom Strom genommen und nach draußen gebracht. Habe dann sofort dem Support von tomtop angeschrieben der dann leider absolut nicht gewissenhaft gehandelt hat, sie bestehen die ganze Zeit darauf das ich ein Video vom Schaden aufnehme und in YouTube hochlade. Ich habe kein YouTube Account und kann auch kein Video hochladen da das Netzteil definitiv kaputt ist und ich es zu gefährlich finde es einfach wieder am Strom anzuschließen, ich kann und darf auch nicht das Netzteil öffnen da meine Garantie dadurch wegfällt und ich als Laie nicht an elektrischen Geräten rumspielen darf deshalb kann ich auch den Schaden nicht filmen da man von außen überhaupt nichts sieht, es muss von einer fachkundigen Person geöffnet und geprüft werden. Ich habe jetzt 3 Nachrichten geschickt und bekomme immer die selbe Antwort Ich habe es sehr ausführlich erklärt das ich es nicht anschalten kann aber das ist einfach eine Frechheit, die Antworten gehen nie auf meine Fragen ein, es kommt immer der selbe Text. Ich will jetzt einfach nur noch mein Geld zurück und werde dort nie wieder bestellen, da ich so eine Desinteresse nicht akzeptieren kann. Ich habe tomtop angeboten das ich dass mit dem Hersteller kläre wenn sie mir den Kontakt geben oder ihnen das Netzteil zurück schicke oder das ich die Hälfte bezahle usw. ————————————————————————— Dear Daniel Flink, sorry for that , Since we did carefully check the order and the package to make sure everything was in good condition before shipping out.
