Poor network and service
The network coverage is horrible. Low connectivity in many areas. The service is fricking terrible. I have 2 lines with them. Wanted to terminate one of them and port out the other. Both requests were not successful. Termination blocked because billing process just initiated by the system. Port out blocked because billing cycle hadn’t ended completely though it was already past 30 days. Really horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
