Redemption: Ordered item a year ago, waited, gave up, refunded, shipped & received, paid them again.
I sent them an email right before the 6 month mark and got a response right away. They said there was a paint delay and the would ship by November. Asked for an update a couple of weeks later, outside of the 180 day PayPal protection window and was ghosted. UPDATE: 12/10/2021 Seller emailed me and sent me a refund. UPDATE: 4/8/2022 Seller shipped me what I ordered, it arrived today, the Iron Man MK5 mask is simply amazing. I got a refund back in December, but I'm an honest guy so I sent them the money for the item. Overall impression, what they make is really cool, the wait time is simply ridiculous, ordered the mask 4/23/2021 and received it 4/8/2022 with my emails ghosted for weeks at a time and lots of time thinking the company were scammers. Still rather poor management since I requested a refund (which I got) and they still shipped my order (which I have now re-paid for).
