I bought a case from them which was actually really nice but too slippery. They refused to provide a refund because the claimed I had used the case based on a smudge mark from a photo I sent. Of course I have to touch the case to try it on my phone before I can make a decision to keep it. These guys genuinely don’t care about the customer being happy and only want to make a quick buck.
