BoboVR Customer Service is Excellent One of my hinges from the E3 broke down. I was looking to only buy that part, but that was not possible unfortunately. I just sent an email with the thought that I would not receive a respond but even with the time difference I received a response within an hour. Clear request to send information and after sending it, I received confirmation that I will receive a replacement straight away! Really pleasent experience for me!
