I used Remi for 2 years before visiting my dentist who told me that they have likely been making my grinding worse. The night guards are flimsy and do not provide the right protection - since they are so flimsy and don't retain shape, it encourages night-time biting. Over time, you end up getting more use to biting, you burn through the night guards faster (and Remi loves selling you more and more), and your bruxism gets worse. I have not met a single dentist (I've been to 3) who has recommended Remi's - you get what you pay for. Go with a professional night guard instead. I'd like to give a special shout out to the absolutely horrendous customer support provided by Durim on the Remi team. #1 you cannot CANCEL your subsscription online. You HAVE to email billing@ which is hidden on their site (not support@). #2 I sent 3 emails and Durim refused to cancel my account, each time instead offering me an upsell instead. That is what prompted me to write this review. I hate this company, it's bad for you, and I hate their terrible support and bad and I hope no one falls prey to their SCAM.
