Contacting customer service is not an activity I look forward to. I’m always ready to be patronized, misunderstood, or at least frustrated. Not the case when I contacted Oura about my barely a year old Oura Ring 4. I was believed and my expensive ring was easily replaced. Thank you for an excellent experience. Praying this o e lasts!
