Very easy and honest
The process was really simple to get the tickets. I was a little anxious that they weren't transferred quickly but they weren't released until later in the year and 4 days before the concert I received a notification and clear instruction for how to get them. Anytime I raised a query Gigsberg replied in minutes with reassurance. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future
